Shift Type: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
Perform timely assessments and document patient status in the chart
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Support patient comfort, safety, and infection-control practices throughout the shift
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team during handoffs

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Ability to work the listed nights: Mon, Tue, Thu (overnight 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Current immunizations/TB screening and successful background/credential checks
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first attitude
Local candidates only (per job note)

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Active LPN license for practice in New Mexico

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Accurate charting and comfort with electronic medical records
Wound care basics and infection prevention practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization during overnight shifts
