Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers, positioning and mobility to promote patient comfort
Maintain clear, timely documentation to support care continuity
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver excellent patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active state certification/license for New Mexico or ability to validate proof of certification
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on Sunday, Friday and Saturday
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
Local candidates preferred (Notes: LOCAL ONLY)

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and bedside skills
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff
Basic charting and documentation best practices
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures
