Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient observations accurately
Support nursing staff with safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment that promotes dignity
Follow infection control practices and facility protocols at all times

Qualifications

Current LNA certification (Licensed Nursing Assistant) valid for NH/VT
Local candidates only as noted in the job posting
Comfortable working the day shift hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved LNA program and current certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of basic nursing care and ADLs
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Effective communication with residents and clinical staff
Basic infection control and safety procedures
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
