Shift Type: Night shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) NOC, 32 hours/week, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 32

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per facility protocols
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
Support patient comfort, dignity, and recovery through attentive care
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to deliver coordinated care
Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring colleagues and sharing best practices

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Reliable transportation required (local position)
Comfortable working night shift hours and participating in every-other-weekend rotation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing care and documentation
Medication administration and safety practices
Basic assessment skills and recognizing changes in patient condition
Ability to follow care plans and facility policies
Teamwork, time management, and patient advocacy
