Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living with dignity and compassion
Provide attentive personal care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and ambulation, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Document resident interactions and care in the charting system clearly and timely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to promote excellent outcomes
Follow infection control and safety protocols to keep residents and staff healthy

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT/NH as applicable)
Must have own transportation — local-only assignment requires reliable commute
Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift as scheduled
All RTO (time-off) requests must be approved prior to your first day

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and comfort measures
Measuring and documenting vital signs and intake/output
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Basic infection control practices and safe patient handling
Accurate charting and attention to detail
