Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during assigned shifts
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) with dignity and respect
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to deliver person-centered care and positive resident experiences

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Ability to work scheduled shifts: Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday from 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Local candidates only (per job posting)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
Basic clinical observation and timely reporting
Accurate documentation and charting practices
Infection control and safe patient handling
Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
