Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referral and clinical assessment
Implement therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore strength, range of motion, coordination, and function
Manage patient pain and progress using evidence-based interventions and objective outcome measures
Monitor and adjust treatment programs, documenting progress and communicating changes to the care team
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maximize functional gains
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure care aligns with the State Practice Act and best practices

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and state practice regulations
Comfort with therapeutic modalities, pain management techniques, and range of motion restoration
Available for full-time daytime scheduling as required by the facility
