Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance by being registered to run CA fingerprint background checks before submission
Complete and submit the facility-specific skills checklist as required
Coordinate with the facility and recruiting team to verify documentation and onboarding steps
Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with facility staff to support smooth placements

Qualifications

Registered to run CA fingerprint background checks (per the California DOJ agency registration)
Must submit the facility-specific skills checklist — applications without it will not be considered
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance processes
Comfortable coordinating paperwork and verification steps with hiring teams

Education

Education and licensure requirements vary by role; follow the facility-specific requirements provided

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with the California fingerprinting process and required agency registration
Excellent organizational skills for managing paperwork and checklists
Clear and professional communication with facility contacts and recruiters
Ability to follow facility-specific protocols and checklists accurately
