Roles & Responsibilities

• Educate and coach clinical staff on best practices and PCC workflows to improve patient care outcomes
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and educational materials for nursing staff
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify learning needs and design practical solutions
• Support seamless EHR/PCC documentation practices by teaching efficient, compliant charting techniques
• Step in to provide direct patient care on the floor as needed, maintaining clinical competence
• Monitor and measure the impact of education initiatives, and refine programs based on feedback

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential in the applicable state or compact license preferred
• Clinical education experience or previous Nurse Practice Educator experience strongly preferred
• Proven familiarity with PCC (Patient Care Coordination) systems and workflows
• Comfortable working on the floor when needed and delivering hands-on patient care
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills to engage clinical staff
• Current BLS certification required or obtained upon hire, additional certifications a plus

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of clinical education principles and adult learning techniques
• Proficiency with PCC and other EHR systems for documentation and workflow optimization
• Strong patient care fundamentals and nursing assessment skills
• Ability to design training materials, run in-services, and present to clinical audiences
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
