Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language evaluations and individualized treatment plans for SNF residents
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with CRG policies and facility standards
• Strive to meet productivity expectations and contribute to a high-performing therapy program
• Represent the facility professionally (black scrubs) and support a positive environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active SLP skill set with experience working in skilled nursing/rehabilitation settings
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (as stated in the order)
• Comfortable following facility policies and meeting a 90% productivity requirement
• Able to work on-site and adhere to the facility dress code (black scrubs)
• Willingness to commit to a 13-week contract assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Assessment and treatment of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) practice and rehabilitation-focused care
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills
• Solid documentation practices and adherence to organizational policies (CRG P & P)
• Ability to manage caseload and productivity expectations in a clinical setting
