Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough outpatient physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modality interventions to improve patient function
• Track patient progress and document outcomes clearly and timely in the patient record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to coordinate patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies
• Maintain professional standards and meet Regional West performance expectations to ensure contract continuity

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska (required)
• BLS (American Heart Association) for Healthcare Providers (required)
• Comfortable working as a travel/contract therapist with a quick start and adaptability to new settings
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient Physical Therapy expertise and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement targeted treatment plans
• Effective patient education and coaching
• Professional documentation and time management
