Shift Type: Rotating day shifts, 3 shifts/week: Week A — Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Week B — Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Day shift with rotating weekends, schedule posted weekly (guaranteed 36 hours/week).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams and radiographic imaging with attention to detail and patient comfort
• Deliver excellent patient care and clear communication to ensure a positive experience
• Operate and troubleshoot CT and radiography equipment while maintaining image quality and safety
• Support walk-in imaging sites by performing patient registration and clerical duties when needed
• Travel between campus and regional locations mid-shift as required to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with the imaging team to optimize workflow and support colleagues
• Maintain accurate patient records, follow infection control and radiation safety protocols
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• ARRT registered (required)
• Maine RT licensure (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Must have CT experience — do not apply without CT experience
• Comfortable working flexible schedules and traveling between sites during a shift
• Ability to perform patient registration and basic clerical tasks at off-site locations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong CT imaging skills and cross-sectional anatomy knowledge
• Proficient in radiography principles and patient positioning
• Experience with Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, C-arm, and Portable Radiography (preferred)
• Excellent patient care, bedside manner, and communication skills
• Familiarity with radiation safety, HIPAA, and imaging documentation
• Adaptability to changing locations and ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
