Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and perform thorough assessments to identify impairments and functional limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic procedures and modalities
Deliver hands-on therapy and guide strength training, range-of-motion, and coordination exercises
Use therapeutic modalities appropriately to control pain and improve patient function
Document patient progress and maintain records in accordance with clinical and state practice requirements
Collaborate with referring physicians and the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate and treat patients under physician orders and to develop appropriate treatment plans
Comfortable using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities
Professional practice consistent with California State Practice Act and clinic policies
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
