Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for patients across the lifespan
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders
• Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health colleagues as part of an integrated care team
• Coordinate care and referrals to ensure whole-person services and continuity
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment planning records
• Advocate for underserved and rural populations to improve access and outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program (required)
• Active LISW license in Iowa (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience preferred
• Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions and integrated care collaboration

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for a range of behavioral health needs
