Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered interventions that improve daily function and independence
• Document all patient care and progress clearly and promptly in EPIC
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians across Livingston and Washtenaw counties
• Ensure adherence to required competency testing and complete Trinity checklists
• Maintain required vaccinations, fit testing, and credentialing documentation

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license per state requirements (license verification required)
• BLS certification
• Comfortable using EPIC for clinical documentation
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Up-to-date immunizations, fit test, respirator evaluation, and drug screen as listed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Skilled in clinical documentation and care planning using EPIC
• Patient-focused approach to care and rehabilitation
• Effective communication and teamwork across interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with competency testing, credentialing processes, and infection control requirements
