Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assist residents with mobility, grooming, bathing and feeding as needed
Monitor, record and report vital signs and changes in patient condition promptly
Support the nursing team with timely, accurate documentation and handoffs
Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for patients and families
Collaborate with team members to deliver person-centered care and improve outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required
Previous hands-on experience as a CNA or in a similar caregiving role preferred
Able to reliably work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well on a team
Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

Completion of an approved CNA program
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and safe patient transfers
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with basic documentation and charting practices
Knowledge of infection control and standard precautions
Good time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
Strong teamwork, empathy, and professional communication
