Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT examinations accurately and safely
Operate and maintain radiographic and CT equipment with care
Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout the imaging process
Ensure radiation safety and adhere to imaging protocols and quality standards
Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic system
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize imaging results and patient outcomes
Use sound judgment to assess patient needs and escalate concerns when necessary

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology
Illinois Radiologic Technologist license required
CRP Certification listed in the job data
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with documentation systems
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow instructions
Basic math skills to perform measurements and dose calculations

Education

Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology

Knowledge & Skills

Radiography (X-ray) techniques and safety
CT (Computed Tomography) operation and imaging protocols
Patient care best practices and effective communication
Basic computer skills for image capture and documentation
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
