Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in alignment with facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document appropriately
- Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement efforts
- Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and clear communication
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — LPN applicants are encouraged to apply
- Registered Nurse (RN) candidates may also be considered per job class
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid authorization to work in the United States and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of fundamental nursing assessments and interventions
- Comfortable with medication administration and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Team-focused approach and effective communication with patients and colleagues
