Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly
- Document care thoroughly and legibly in the clinical record
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions smoothly
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families with clear, respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Clinical experience in long term care or acute care is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Patient assessment and basic clinical procedures
- Familiarity with infection control and safety standards
- Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
- Collaborative teamwork and clear communication with interdisciplinary staff
