Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Observe and report changes in patient condition in a timely manner
- Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and clear communication
- Maintain a safe, organized environment and follow facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply for per diem opportunities
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently on per diem assignments and adapt to different unit needs
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid fundamentals in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic wound care
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clear clinical documentation
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in fast-paced situations
- Collaborative teamwork and respectful communication with patients and staff
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and infection control practices
