Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams and CT scans for both inpatient and outpatient patients
• Operate dual-modality equipment (radiography and CT) safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with a small hospital team to ensure continuity of care across departments
• Adhere to infection control and immunization requirements to protect patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in accordance with hospital policy
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort

Qualifications

• Maine radiology license (or eligibility to obtain Maine license) is required
• Must meet employer immunization requirements prior to start
• Experience working in both radiography and CT (dual-modality) is required
• Mammography experience is a plus
• Comfortable supporting both outpatient and inpatient imaging needs in a small hospital setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong skills in radiography and computed tomography (CT)
• Experience with dual-modality imaging workflows (Rad + CT)
• Patient positioning, safety, and image quality awareness
• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment
• Solid communication and teamwork skills when coordinating patient care
