Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to support patient comfort and recovery
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform timely assessments and document patient status in the chart
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate care
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning to promote positive outcomes
- Maintain infection control standards and a safe patient environment
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to ensure continuity
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license (as applicable)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent) preferred
- Valid state nursing license for North Carolina
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting and adapting to variable schedules
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Medication administration and basic treatment competency
- Accurate documentation and charting practices
- Familiarity with standard infection control procedures
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow care plans
