Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform timely patient assessments and document findings clearly
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to coordinate care plans
- Educate patients and families on care needs, discharge planning, and follow-up
- Respond promptly to patient needs and clinical changes to ensure safety
- Maintain professional standards, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license (current and in good standing) appropriate to the role
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS/PALS as required by unit
- Clinical experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently on per diem assignments and integrate quickly with the team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN diploma/ADN/BSN depending on role)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of nursing assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate charting
- Skilled in prioritization, time management, and clinical decision-making
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced clinical environments
