Shift Type: Full-Time, Day shift (schedule varies; every 4th weekend and occasional evening shifts)
Candidate Pay Rate: $112500 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide prescribed medications accurately and efficiently to inpatient populations
- Deliver clear medication education to patients and families to support safe use
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care that promotes effective, timely outcomes
- Ensure all pharmacy activities meet applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize therapy
- Participate in medication-safety and quality-improvement initiatives to raise standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program (required)
- Current Kansas pharmacist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure (highly preferred)
- Prior hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork
- Willingness to work every 4th weekend and occasional evening shifts as scheduled
Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication dispensing with strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Patient-centered medication education and counseling
- Pharmaceutical care principles for inpatient settings
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and pharmacy practice standards
- Experience working within a hospital pharmacy environment and care teams
- Strong communication and clinical collaboration skills
