Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently to keep patients safe
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence in a friendly, clear way
• Administer vaccinations and document immunizations per store policy and state law
• Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage inventory and restocking to ensure medications and supplies are available
• Collaborate with store staff and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations to ensure continuous patient service

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing (required)
• Minimum 1 year of current retail-based pharmacy experience (required)
• Vaccination certification required at time of submission
• Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work varied/rotating shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of retail pharmacy workflows and dispensing practices
• Familiarity with immunization administration and documentation
• Working knowledge of state pharmacy laws and regulations
• Comfort using pharmacy management systems (RX30 experience is a bonus)
• Good communication skills for counseling patients and working with the care team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
