Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living with dignity and compassion
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and safe patient handling
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care
Support a clean, safe environment through infection control and housekeeping practices
Collaborate with nurses and care staff to deliver coordinated, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain promptly
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication, teamwork, and observational skills
Ability to follow facility policies and maintain patient confidentiality

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
Basic vital signs measurement and reporting
Infection control and safe patient handling techniques
Basic charting and accurate documentation
Compassionate bedside manner and effective communication
