Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain infection control standards
Document care delivered clearly and accurately in the patient chart
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of employment (required)
BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain if required by site
Ability to pass background checks and maintain required immunizations
Comfort working overnight shifts and providing bedside care
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completed and active CNA program/certification

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
Familiarity with basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
Good interpersonal skills for working with patients and families
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
