Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex diagnostic testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology with precision and care.
Maintain strict quality control and accurate documentation to ensure reliable, patient-ready results.
Uphold laboratory safety standards and compliance protocols to protect patients and team members.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Support laboratory operations and supervision consistent with Nevada State General Supervisor license requirements.

Qualifications

Current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license (required).
Medical Technologist (MT) experience and demonstrated technical proficiency across multiple lab disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while following quality control and safety protocols.
Comfort working evening/night shift hours and ready for a quick start.
