Bill Rate: $48.11 - $68.59/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess residents using the nursing process and document findings thoroughly and clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly
Provide resident and family education to support health, recovery, and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective, efficient resident care
Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance resident outcomes and care quality

Qualifications

Current California RN license
Current certification in CPR
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Demonstrated competency in medication administration, documentation, and resident assessment

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation
Medication administration and interpretation of diagnostic tests
Thorough documentation and care planning
Resident education and culturally competent care
Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and performance improvement mindset
