Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record patient status, including vital signs and observations, and communicate changes to the care team
• Support safe patient mobility and transfers while using proper body mechanics
• Assist nursing staff with treatments and follow care plans to promote patient comfort and recovery
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to facility policies and infection-control standards
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other care team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (VT and/or NH credentialing indicated by job title)
• Available for a travel assignment starting 2026-04-21 through 2026-07-21 (14 weeks)
• Ability to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and provide every-other-weekend coverage
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Willingness to follow facility policies; OT is not guaranteed

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational patient care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
• Basic clinical observation and accurate documentation skills
• Familiarity with infection-control practices and patient safety principles
• Teamwork mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced clinical setting
