Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT and X-ray exams, prioritizing patient safety and image quality
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including GE Revo Maxima CT, GE XR AMX Navigate and GE Definium Tempo Pro
• Document studies accurately in GE PACS, Meditech and Clario to ensure seamless patient care continuity
• Collaborate closely with ER RNs, MDs and security to support timely, efficient emergency imaging
• Maintain strict infection control, radiation safety and unit policies while wearing required black scrubs
• Float between FSER and main hospital as needed, adapting quickly to different workflows and teams

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant imaging experience (as listed)
• Ability to work independently and also thrive as part of a team in a fast-paced ER setting
• Comfortable performing diagnostic imaging only (no interventional procedures expected)
• Willingness to float between facilities when needed

Education

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program or equivalent certification (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven skill performing CT and X-ray diagnostic studies
• Familiarity with GE PACS, Meditech and Clario documentation systems
• Experience with GE Revo Maxima CT, GE XR AMX Navigate and GE Definium Tempo Pro is a plus
• Strong patient communication, prioritization and emergency imaging workflow skills
• Adaptability to new FSER environment and changing unit needs
