Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
- Perform timely patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document patient care and communicate clearly during handoffs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Support a calm, comfortable environment for patients and families overnight
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classification (as listed in the order)
- Comfortable working overnight per diem shifts and adaptable to variable scheduling
- Professional, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass facility credentialing and background checks
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Basic clinical skills relevant to nursing care
- Clear, timely clinical communication and teamwork
- Good time management and ability to prioritize in a busy nighttime environment
