Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents—assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility support, prioritizing patient safety
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to clinical staff
• Support feeding and nutritional needs while maintaining dignity and comfort
• Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver coordinated care
• Engage residents with respect, patience, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Ability to pass facility background and health screenings as required
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced care setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly with residents and team members
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain

• Basic patient care and ADL assistance
• Vital signs measurement and reporting
• Safe patient transfer techniques and fall prevention
• Accurate documentation and time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Infection control practices and safety protocols
• Teamwork and effective communication with nursing staff
