Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers and maintain accurate documentation
• Help create a clean, comfortable environment that promotes healing and dignity
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• Active authorization to work in California (state certification/registration as applicable)
• Comfortable and experienced with 12-hour day shifts
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Prior experience in long-term care or acute care settings is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
• Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observations
• Infection control practices and proper PPE use
• Good time management and documentation skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
