Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure and support clinical applications (EMR, PACS, ERP) to meet hospital and clinical needs
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution to minimize operational impact
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows and training materials for end users
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze data for reporting, validation and system improvements
• Ensure integrations and data flows adhere to standards and support interoperability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, business, health-related field or equivalent experience (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with EMR, PACS, ERP or other healthcare applications
• Intermediate SQL skills for queries, reporting and data validation
• Familiarity with HL7, DICOM and EDI standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clinical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with experience in application troubleshooting and workflow configuration

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Health-related field, or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with EMR, PACS and ERP systems in a healthcare setting
• Intermediate SQL for data queries and reporting
• Working knowledge of HL7, DICOM and EDI integration standards
• Understanding of clinical workflows and how applications support care delivery
• Ability to document technical solutions and train end users effectively
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
