Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN at the bedside
Administer medications and document accurately to ensure safe care
Assist with assessments, vital signs, and clinical observations
Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individualized care plans
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and charting
Support a positive, safe environment that promotes patient dignity and recovery

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Comfort with electronic charting and basic clinical documentation
Previous experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology knowledge
Wound care fundamentals and basic clinical procedures
Vital signs, patient assessments, and clinical observation skills
Clear documentation practices and working with EHR systems
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team communication
Time management and prioritization during an 8-hour shift
