Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in accordance with facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
• Support activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
• Participate in care planning and contribute to a positive, resident-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• Travel LPN (T-LPN) experience or willingness to work travel/contract assignments
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend as required
• Demonstrated ability to handle medication administration and routine nursing tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and basic nursing care skills appropriate for LPN practice
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Infection control, resident safety, and fall prevention awareness
• Clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Time management and prioritization during busy 12-hour night shifts
