Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and attention to detail
Conduct routine assessments and document patient status accurately
Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and provider orders
Communicate clearly with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Support safe patient transitions and follow infection control protocols
Participate in orientation and unit-specific training to deliver consistent care

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — primary credential for this role
Active or eligible for Georgia LPN licensure (facility located in GA)
Current basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Professional, reliable, and able to complete required orientation

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental nursing care and clinical assessment skills
Medication administration and basic documentation practices
Comfort working in an acute care/hospital environment
Good communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
Ability to follow policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols
