Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations for pediatric and adult neuro patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled treatment for speech, language, cognition and dysphagia across outpatient and acute care settings
• Manage dysphagia evaluation and intervention with best-practice techniques
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and participate in co-treatment when indicated
• Document patient progress and treatment plans clearly and timely to support continuity of care
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to support patient-centered goals

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs (required)
• Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio (required)
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, with pediatric experience required
• Experience with dysphagia management and adult neuro populations
• Comfortable working across outpatient and acute inpatient settings and collaborating in a team
