Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments to understand each client’s needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to ensure safety and stabilize acute situations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective, person-centered care
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic medical record to support continuity of care
• Connect clients with community resources and follow through on referrals to improve outcomes
• Float to other sites as needed to support coverage and share best practices across locations

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (required) — active license appropriate for the role
• Demonstrated experience working in behavioral health settings (clinical experience preferred)
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift and participating in weekend rotations
• Strong crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with clinical and support staff
• Willingness to float to other sites as needed

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred (appropriate licensure required)
• Master’s degree or advanced clinical training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Behavioral health assessment and treatment planning
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Familiarity with documentation standards and electronic medical records
• Care coordination and knowledge of community resources
• Culturally competent, trauma-informed care approach
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
