Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care following facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as vitals, wound care, and catheter care
• Document patient status and care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to support patient outcomes
• Monitor patients for changes and report concerns promptly to the care team
• Support a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain one)
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach to care
• Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads may be considered

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program; diploma or certificate

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
• Ability to perform patient assessments and recognize changes in condition
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Good time management and organizational skills during busy shifts
• Customer-service mindset when interacting with patients and families
• Comfort working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
