Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the center to ensure smooth, resident-focused service
• Coordinate staff scheduling, onboarding and performance to build a cohesive team
• Oversee administrative tasks including compliance documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support quality long-term care practices
• Manage resident relations and family communication with empathy and clarity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred
• PCC experience preferred
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a travel/contract assignment for the posted duration

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care operations and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in staff coordination, scheduling and conflict resolution
• Proficient with administrative systems and documentation best practices
• Ability to prioritize resident-centered care while managing operational tasks
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
