Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8.5-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with the scheduling team (shift type listed as LPN)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, focusing on dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and facility staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain clear, timely charting and complete required paperwork
Support resident activities of daily living and encourage independence when possible

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure) is required
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing tasks
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Skill in patient assessment and documentation
Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Strong time management and organizational skills
Compassionate bedside manner and resident-focused approach
