Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a certified nursing assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any concerning changes
• Support nurses and the care team with timely documentation and clear communication
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
• Demonstrate respect and privacy for patients and their families at all times

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification (required)
• Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass a background check and required health screenings/immunizations
• Comfortable working 12-hour daytime shifts and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in a similar care setting is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and safe transfer techniques
• Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Basic infection prevention and control practices
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and care teams
• Familiarity with charting and following care plans
