Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents in long-term care
Assist with daily activities to enhance patient quality of life
Monitor and support health needs in a skilled nursing environment
Collaborate with the team to create meaningful resident experiences

Qualifications

Current unrestricted Colorado CNA certification
LTC experience to hit the ground running
COVID vaccinations per state mandate
Ready for a quick start in a welcoming facility

Skilled in long-term care patient support

Strong teamwork in nursing environments
