30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities like bathing and dressing to enhance their comfort and independence
Take vital signs and gather key information from caregivers to support effective treatment plans
Answer resident calls promptly and observe for changes in skin integrity
Turn, reposition, and transfer residents safely to bed, chair, or wheelchair
Maintain a clean and welcoming resident care area by changing sheets and restocking supplies

Qualifications

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Current CPR Certification

Education

Current California License as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to thrive under pressure while building strong relationships with residents, families, and long-term care staff
Strong English communication skills for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending to deliver outstanding resident care
