Roles & Responsibilities

Receive and give detailed reports on residents' conditions to ensure seamless care
Make regular rounds, assess new residents and those who are ill or injured
Document assessments accurately per facility policy
Notify nurses promptly of any changes in residents' conditions
Assist with direct patient care and respond quickly to call lights
Foster strong relationships with team members, residents, families, and physicians

Qualifications

Active California CNA License required
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ready to work weekends, holidays, and float to other units as needed

Education

California CNA License

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and documentation skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
