Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the NICU nursing team with confidence and compassion
Oversee patient care delivery ensuring top-notch outcomes for tiny miracles
Coordinate shift operations and respond swiftly to critical situations
Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere that supports exceptional care
Champion safety protocols and quality standards in the neonatal unit

Qualifications

Active RN license with NICU experience
Proven leadership experience in high-stakes neonatal settings
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU clinical knowledge
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent decision-making under pressure
Compassionate patient and family communication
