Roles & Responsibilities

Perform vital lab tests to deliver accurate results that impact patient care
Analyze specimens with precision to support doctors in making life-saving decisions
Maintain cutting-edge lab equipment ensuring smooth operations every night
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide reliable diagnostic support

Qualifications

MLT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification required
BLS certification
Valid state license with verification
Ready to ace the Trinity Skills Checklist

Education

ASCP certification as MLT or MLS

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical laboratory techniques and procedures
Strong attention to detail for precise specimen analysis
Proficiency with lab equipment and quality control
Excellent problem-solving in a fast-paced lab environment
