Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period requirement

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma and burn ICU patients making a real difference in critical moments
Manage wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP protocols with precision and compassion
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff members in a 30-bed high-acuity unit
Utilize cutting-edge critical care equipment and Meditech EMR to optimize patient outcomes
Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or PCU units to broaden your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license
At least 1 year of ICU experience
Trauma, burn and surgical ICU experience required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Team player who asks questions and jumps in to help
BSN and CCRN preferred

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in critical care equipment and Burn/Trauma ICU technology
Expertise in wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP
Excellent communication and critical thinking under pressure
Comfortable with 2:1 ICU patient ratios
